Deep-RBPPred: predicting RNA binding proteins in the proteome scale based on deep learning

Deep-RBPPred is a RNA binding proteins(RBP) predictor based on deep learning. Deep-RBPPred employs only physical-chemistry features. RBP sequences with fasta formate are submitted to Deep-RBPPred. The output probability score presents the prediction result with a probability of RBP.

INSTRUCTION for Deep-RBPPred INSTALLATION and TEST:
download Deep-RBPPred package.
type "tar jxvf Deep-RBPPred.tar.bz2" to uncompress and unpack the package.
type "cd Deep-RBPPred " to change the current directory.
type "make" to compile the programm.
type "python Deep-RBPPred.py uniprot-Ecoli-6130.fasta balance "

Note: python package tensorflow must be installed in the local computer. If not, please type 'pip install tensorflow ' to install tensorflow. For more detail, pleas visit https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/ and https://www.tensorflow.org
