Welcome to the Liu group! We are a research group in the School of Physics at the Huazhong University of Science & Technology led by Associate Professor Shiyong Liu.

We focus on developing efficient methods and algorithms in protein-protein (RNA,DNA, peptide and small ligand) docking and design. If you are interested in details of my recent developments, please refer to my research section.
