RMalign: an RNA structural alignment tool based on a novel scoring function RMscore
RMalign is an RNA structural alignment program based on RMscore which describles
the similarity of RNA structures. Two RNA structure coordinates in pdb format are
input. RMalign will output the best alignment according to RMscore. A transformation
matrix also is reported.
RMalign1.1 is available, we fixed an error during source code compilation for RMalign. Both versions are available for download.
During developing RMalign, some datasets also are constructed.

PRMIE 2.0: SARA is replaced by RMalign. PRIME 2.0 significantly improved about 10% than previous PRIME.
previous PRIME can be accessible at this site. The usage of
PRIME 2.0 is similairty to previous PRIME. PRIME 2.0 can be accessible here.
INSTRUCTION for RMalign INSTALLATION:
download RMAlign package.
type "tar jxvf RMalign.tar.bz2" to uncompress and unpack the package.
type "./INSTALL.sh" to compile the programm.
type "source ~/.bashrc" to reload the ENV
